Programmable controllers

Programmable and configurable iPro controllers are used to manage HVAC/R applications, such as compressor plants and chiller units. They are offered without embedded software, providing total flexibility for management software development based on the Isagraph language. The iPro Genius models offer advanced connectivity and allow user-friendly interfaces with web servers or programmable keyboards. Each model has 8 to 21 configurable output relays rated at 5A, 8A, or SSR. These devices are ideal for commercial, medical, and airport infrastructures, enabling efficient management of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

ISaGRAF 6 is the programming language for the iPro Genius family. This language offers a modular architecture for advanced customization and an open environment philosophy where each element operates as a plug-in. It supports multiple simultaneous projects while reducing writing time through features such as automatic block instance creation, auto-completion in the ST editor, block coloring, manual execution order management, and a clear document overview.

VISOGRAPH programmable LCD screens feature buttons located under the screen to correspond with displayed menus. They are designed to interface with IC100/200 EVO, iPro, and IPM500D controllers. The keypads, suitable for wall or panel mounting, are available in black or white.

VISOTOUCH programmable touchscreens offer a 4.3” display with a buzzer and two operating LEDs. They are designed to provide an elegant interface for IC100/200 EVO, iPro, and IPM500D controllers. Available in horizontal and vertical versions, with or without integrated probes, they are particularly appreciated for their advanced connectivity (LAN/RS485/USB), programming via VISOPROG, and bright display.

VISOPROG is the programming software for Visotouch and Visograph screens. It imports ISaGRAF projects to generate basic interfaces, customizable with objects, images, and multilingual dictionaries. The standard web server enables management of iPro configurations and provides access to BIOS, ISaGRAF versions, and the RTC clock for comprehensive supervision. Custom pages (HTML/JS/CSS) can also be created to facilitate real-time graph display and variable control.

iPro Academy offers training and a global developer network to reduce creation times. Its new development suite and functional blocks simplify the design of final applications. Preconfigured models and the ipro.academy platform (FAQs, forums, libraries, templates) accelerate development. The optimized structure of functional blocks ensures flexible modification and adaptation, ideal for HVAC/R applications.
