Compression & Condensation control

The XEV02D acts as a transducer, receiving regulation commands from the master controller and generating a modulating signal for a digital discharge valve. It features a probe input (NTC86K or NTC/PT1000), a relay output for alarms or compressors, an open collector alarm output, and a modulating TRIAC output. Equipped with configurable digital inputs, a display for value visualization, a local programming keypad, an RS485 Modbus port, and a HOT-KEY port.

In a compact format (32×74 mm), the XC30/35CX manages up to 2 compressors (ON/OFF, digital, or inverter) and 2 fans (ON/OFF or modulated 0÷10V or phase-cut). The XC10/15CX, with a single relay, is designed for single-compressor units. Versatile, they are suitable for entry-level units (1 compressor/fan) and medium units (2 compressors, including one with variable capacity). Regulation optimization, malfunction control, and energy-saving algorithms make them a reliable solution.

In DIN rail format (8 DIN), the XW450D and XW470D are suitable for plug-in and semi plug-in refrigerated applications with up to 3 propane circuits. Compatible with natural refrigerants, they ensure low environmental impact. Benefits for OEMs include accelerated production with automatic testing, simplified commissioning with preloaded parameter cards, synchronized functions for greater efficiency, and precise temperature control. In DIN rail format (4 DIN), the XC600 is compatible with Digital™, multi-stage, semi-hermetic, scroll, and screw compressors. Regulation is managed through proportional bands or neutral zones. Floating pressure management adjusts to external temperatures, with automatic compressor shutdown for high pressure and a lubrication recovery cycle. A night mode for fans, gas setting by temperature or pressure, and quick programming via Hot Key or Prog Tool Kit are included, with serial connection to supervision systems.

In DIN rail format (8 DIN), the XC1000 manages up to 8 probe inputs, 15 configurable relays, and 23 digital inputs. Two analog outputs support frequency compressors, and two support inverter fans. Floating HP based on external temperature and floating BP based on store temperature are included. Management through proportional bands or neutral zones, temperature/pressure display based on gas type, energy-saving setpoint reduction, subcooling management, and ModBUS-RTU protocols are supported. XC1000D models are available for scroll, semi-hermetic, multi-stage, and screw compressors. The remote VGC810 keypad is available (IP65).

In DIN rail format (8 DIN) with an interface via a remote touch keypad, the iProRack features parallel compression, CO2 equator optimization, energy consumption reduction, and double heat recovery for water and building heating through gas cooler bypass. Additional functions include desuperheating, liquid injection, hot gas/vapor injection, oil injection, and an adiabatic function for optimal performance.
